Does it invest it in stocks ? Or are all the 500 billion dollars lying in a bank vault in RBI headquarters in Mumbai ? What are uses of a Forex reserve? Also, India's economy is around 3.2 trillion dollars in size . Does this economic size count the forex reserve or exclude it ?
